Once cut, the insides will cook at the same rate as the outsides and you cant avoid that horrible sulfur-y smell/taste that comes from cooking them too long. I'm saying 9 minutes max if you cook the bacon separately and then add in the flash...

Brussel Sprouts Fail
I followed the lovely recipe here. I’ve never had brussel sprouts in my life. So I decided to give them a shot. I mean anything cooked in garlic and olive oil can’t be bad. Plus my friend suggested to toss them with bacon and I was like “Sure! Why not?!” Boy this is gonna be good. Right? WRONG!
