I followed the lovely recipe here. I’ve never had brussel sprouts in my life. So I decided to give them a shot. I mean anything cooked in garlic and olive oil can’t be bad. Plus my friend suggested to toss them with bacon and I was like “Sure! Why not?!” Boy this is gonna be good. Right? WRONG!

These veggies just have a strong pungent taste thats pretty gnarly. If someone wants to make me their version of brussel sprouts and prove to me they really are good i say go ahead. But I don’t feel the need to ever make these again.
I realize i forgot to cut them in half but i really doubt that would have changed the taste.
